Principal solicitor of Ryans Law Offices, Frank Ryan graduated from Melbourne University and was admitted to practice as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria in 1969. He established Rossi & Ryan in 1970, later branded as Ryan’s Law Offices (Rossi & Ryan).
Frank has run the practice for over 46 years. He has a wealth of knowledge in many areas of law, and is an accredited specialist in Business Law.
Throughout his time he has earned a reputation as an honest and dedicated practitioner, and acquired a diverse range of clientele, from small-to-medium sized businesses to lifelong loyal clients.
Frank has acted as a mentor to junior solicitors throughout his time as Principal and is an Accredited Specialist in Business Law.
In his spare time, Frank Ryan is a keen golfer.

Aisha Sahinbas is admitted to practice as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria. Aisha has a wealth of experience and has been employed with mid to top tier firms, predominantly in commercial litigation, as well as in a major banking corporation.
A dedicated advocate for disadvantaged members of the community, Aisha has volunteered at various community legal centres for over ten years.
Through her vast experience with not-for-profit organisations, she has developed a strong sense of commitment to social justice, and continues to demonstrate this passion with her clients.
Aisha specialises in Wills and Estates and is a Law Institute of Victoria Accredited Specialist in Wills and Estates. She also practices in Building Disputes, Debt Recovery, Commercial Leasing, Criminal law and all forms of Civil Litigation.

Katie Camilleri has 27 years of experience in purchase and sale of property transactions, purchase and sale of businesses, and subdivision. Her areas of expertise include contracts for residential purchases, commercial contracts, sub-divisions and off-the-plan sales.
Extremely efficient in her work, Katie is responsible for managing all types of property transactions and providing general conveyancing advice, under the guidance of principal solicitor Frank Ryan.
Katie is bilingual, fluently speaking Italian as her second language.

Terrisa commenced employment at Ryans Law Offices as a Legal Secretary and Personal Assistant in 2012. Terrisa is a dedicated member of the team, and with her vibrant personality, her efficiency, and her invaluable experience in corporate organisations and customer service, Terrisa is well qualified to meet the various needs of our firm’s clientele.
Terrisa is a talented make-up artist in her own right and operates a successful beauty services business.
